OVERVIEW 

A strong candidate will possess a passion for providing extraordinary customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and be comfortable making executive decisions under pressure. The individual must be highly motivated, detail orientated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, and have strong experience with financial reports and budgets. RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Managers typically manage 4 to 7 Associations with strong support provided by a dedicated Assistant Manager and administrative staff. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client’s expectations; putting people before profits.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 Years of experience portfolio or on-site manager, or experience in a similar role
  • Extraordinary customer service skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • An honest, responsible, optimistic and enjoyable demeanor
